Domino Designer / : Option to import into a rich text field directly from memory, bypassing a file

Author: Slawek Rogulski
Tags: UI import lotusscript
Idea:

When I dynamically generate HTML I would like to be able to import it directly from the memory buffer where I created it such as a string variable or a NotesStream, etc. I see no need for me to have to create a temporary file to do that.

And I will echo the idea of backend imports (linked idea).

This should not be limited to HTML only. I may want to pipe a binary stream, etc.

Author: Ben Langhinrichs
Comment: For what it is worth, I have implemented this in both our Midas Rich Text LSX and OpenSesame, and it is very useful.
Author: John Smart
Comment: Would also like to see NotesEmbeddedObject.ExtractToStream to do the reverse.
