As opposed to my previous idea, if you prefer to maintain the current complexity rules it would be nice to have some sort of calculator to ease the job for us !

For whatever reason, on occasion the HTTP password does not get synchronized with the Notes password. Add a way to manually force synchronization, like a menu option (File - Security - Synchronize Notes and HTTP/Sametime passwords) or as a button on the User Security dialog.

The internet password option is only accessible if you click on the password option button in the registration dialog box. Also it is not very obvious and so many people miss selecting it. Please move it to an area where it is obvious.

My user often called from home that they aren´t able to read encrypted emails in DWA... Reason ... they forgott to attatch the Lotus Notes ID file into the Mailfile.

When Single Sign is enabled on the Notes client, a change to either the AD password or the Notes password causes the change to be synchronized with the other service.
If password recovery is setup and the password is changed in Notes, the ID file is also mailed to the ID

After a hard disk crash I had to installed and configured a Notes client with a recovered user-ID. During the client configuration i had to recognize that i can´t use this user ID.
Therefore I would like to have the ability to use the recovery password during the client configuration.

There is no option to copy the recovery password generated when doing the password recovery from the domino admin client. It would be easier if we are able to copy the recovery password instead of manually writing it down and entering it in the password recovery dialog box.

If a user is about to change his password, the dialog offers him the function "Generate Password", which generates for him a set of random paswords. This is the most useless function i have ever seen. I have never met anyone who has actually used it.

Most applications enable users to change their password if they login, not Sametime. This should be an option in the Sametime client.
