Enhanced Policies for Recent Contacts

We now have the ability to set a policy to completely disable the Recent Contacts (see here). I would like to have more control. In the client preferences, a user can choose three options: 
     Any Names to Recent Contacts
     CC and BCC names to Recent Contacts
     Names from Emails ...

Create new deployment/package customization tool for LN

Currently there is InstallShield Tuner for Lotus, addtokit.exe, trimupdatesite.exe, SUSetRunAsWizard.exe, SmartUpgrade, ... with each one of them their own function. In other words, creating a Lotus Notes package and deploy it is rather ... well ... difficult to achieve.
 
Why not try to consolidate (as much as possible) into 1 single tool, ...

Problem:
Smart Upgrade is a good idea. However, it becomes a company LIABILITY if the environment uses roaming or Multi-User  Installs...or if someone just happens to log onto another's computer with their ID.
