The user ranking could simply be the number of ideas that a user has submitted, or it could take into acount even more variables. For example:
Total number of votes on all submitted ideas / Total Ideas Submitted
You could even make the formula more complicated by weighting certain factors, dividing by the square root of the sum of the nodes in their IP address, etc. |
