Not sure if this was fixed in the ND8 mail template, but I can't understand why Lotus
Notes keeps ignoring this one -- Either fix the agent to handle folder names that
include quotes symbols or don't allow quote symbols when naming folders. This is
a very commonly used agent when upgrades and/or new releases are deployed. The runtime
error generated almost necessitates customizing (fixing) this agent in the standard
mail template. Doesn't Lotus' best practices discourage altering their standard
templates?

Sorry to say that this was not fixed in 8. You still get an "operation failed" error.

nconvert should convert folder

Yes... load convert -u <file> should do it for you.

also convert has some issues like failing if you have a folder name ending in a space.
