Hi All,
I'm sure You have the same problem if You have a large complex folder structure. You got a new mail, but the mail rule moves it into a folder somewhere deeeeeeep....then it's hard to find. Of course You can use "copy to folder" but then your inbox will be too large. Inbox CleanUp helps...maybe, but it must be set centraly.
I think it would be an easier solution if the mail rule can - option: run after read - run after the mail is readed.

Suppose you have read a mail and put it into a folder, and that folder is another than in the mail rule. What will happen? Where will be the mail?

Additionally.
What about the preview pane? You open a mail in preview, the mail will marked as "read" and moved from inbox to a folder by mail rule, and your preview pane will move to the next unread mail...
Try to use a mail rule "copy to folder" and to create a smart button "@Command([RemoveFromFolder])".

1, 2, Those problems can be solved.
Of course You can use this formula, but what about a "user"? They don't thinking about copy vs move. They want to find the email.
I think (as I heard this by several customers, on management level) it's more problematic to find the mail in a deep folder structure.
But If You don't like this...I don't mind.

Wow, really? Lots of negative votes. I'll have to think about it more. On the one hand, I generally agree, though I prefer this solution that provides more flexibility: { Link }
