We now have the ability to set a policy to completely disable the Recent Contacts (see here). I would like to have more control. In the client preferences, a user can choose three options:
     Any Names to Recent Contacts
CC and BCC names to Recent Contacts
Names from Emails I receive (Only add names from e-mails I send)

I would like to be able to select one of these options rather than just disabling Recent Contacts all together.
