Acting on Bruce's suggestion, I am soliciting ideas about what you would like to see in my session, "A Jug of Wine, a Spreadsheet, and Thee". The abstract is:
It is not enough to have productivity editors; now you are expected to be productive. In this session, learn how to use your Notes client and the Lotus Spreadsheets, Presentations and Documents together, with an emphasis on developing practical integrations. From the simple to the sophisticated, see how to think outside the box with what you now have in the box. Take a tutorial back to share with your colleagues at home.
but I am open to suggestions about what interests you the most. I have lots of my own ideas, but I would like to hear yours as well.

Well I guess the most obvious requirement I can think of is how to export views to a spreadsheet with a view action button. But then it would be great to add some charting as well to really knock the end user out ;-)

Reporting from Domino Administrator in a format that you can provide CIO/IT Management using the presenter or spreadsheet.
Grab stats and the log and produce numbers to validate how in use the network is, # of dbs, data transmitted, number of mails.
Quantify it in simple ways and you can easily jsutify more funding from management.

As OLE is generally a Windows capability, is there a way to have a linked spreadsheet in either a ODS document or presentation update automatically when the pointed to file is updated. Now on the Linux client...as it has the tools. :)
