Use last used server as default server in Open Application dialog box

The default server in the Open Application dialog is always reset to 'Local'. This is annoying if you use the shortcut Ctrl+O to open databases - oohps,  applications. Our applications are NEVER local, and even if you work locally it would still make more sense to keep the last used server.

Such ideas were, but I still vote for.
I propose that the server is taken from the field "Domino directory server" of a current location. If it is empty, then substitute the last used server.
