I don't know if it is just my video card, but I've tried it on nVidia and ATI ones with the same result. I run dual 19" monitors and usually have notes client on left, and designer on the right. For some reason, I cannot drag the properties box to my other "secondary" monitor.
Just me?

Nope it's not just you, it's yet another annoying feature.
if anything at least open the properties on the display that it's called from.

Actually, this does work with R8, both standard and basic/classic mode :-)
