I use server-based archiving and roaming profiles. It's a pain that when I delete a user I have to go in and manually delete the archive file and the roaming profile files. It would be nice that these were cleaned up autmatically just like the mail file.

When I delete an user, roaming files are deleted along with the mail file on my clustered servers. Don't known about archive files.

My process is that when a person leaves they go into a special "deny access" group so they can no longer access the system. When I finally get the OK to delete the account, I manually copy (if they exist) their mail file, archive mail file, & Local NAB to a secured file system on one of our servers. Then I go thru the normal "delete user" process thru Domino.

We implemented this by adding some script in the AdminP Deletion Approval button. When a Notes Admin pressed the button to approve the mail file deletion requests, the code searched for the archive mail file and submitted a deletion request for the Archive Mail file. So that we have a record for the deletion and adminp handles everything.
