The user's actually asking for a categories feature from =ahem= Notes 3. It exists (lobotomized) in Outlook.
However, anyone could supply the agent & profile fixes to do this on Notes Mail.
Just 1 problem: the standard profile form ...

I have written a lengthy explanation here http://www.proudprogrammer.no/web/ppblog.nsf/d6plinks/GANI-A6YFK5.

Not sure if there already is a solution for this:
When I choose "Offline" as Notes location, I'd like to prevent Sametime from searching for servers. "Offline" - in my cases - means there is no network in reach.
Unfortunately Sametime does not care and searches for servers, It ...

Attachments should be automatically deleted from delivery failure notifications. As it is now, the attachment is in the Sent message & another copy is in the delivery failure notification. This is obviously inefficient & causes quota issues for those with mail quotas.
It would be very useful to know who changed a database quota, when it was changed & the before & after values. Otherwise, lazy administrators ignore the quota that should be enforced & increase quotas endlessly to placate complaining users.
Modern UI behavior seems to be moding towards the adoption of a single icon (toggle) to expand/collapse categorized views. We do not have this capability in either the Notes Client or XPages requiring two separate icons for expand and collapse to be adapoted... In 2015 Less is More.
I just tried to submit n idea using Safari browser running OSX El Capitan and receieved some weird jigsaw puzzle icons inside the rich text editor suggesting (to me at least) that this version of the browser is not supported by IdeaJam. It seems like an reasonably important browser to ...
Cortana support for searching mail and calendar and creating new entries would be an expected feature of a mail/calendar app:
Currently you can decide to keep sent items per default, or not or be prompted. It could be interesting to have a fourth option telling to keep a copy of your sent items but without the attachment(s). It/They could be replaced by a placeholder telling which one(s) has/have been deleted such ...
Do you think Domino ODS can be improved by using multiple small files instead of a single big file? DB2 uses something like this. A Domino database can be a directory (or zip?) instead of a file. one file for design, one file for ACL, index files, view files, datafiles, ...
This is request about Notes Browser plugin.
We can not launch Xpages app from notes browser plugin workspace. It opens just notes native app.
We have two options to open xpages, both don't work for it.
In development there is a major advantage to being able to manage design elements separately. Tasks are easier to allocate & understand. The impact of one element is limited as it applies to the rest if the application.
Yeah, there are great advantages to XPages serving multiple functions. It ...

I'm very often trying to track down "Just who can run XPages?" or "Who's an admin on this server?" in the Server document, but right-click "Show Name Details" opens a dialog box ... that won't let me drill down further. At least as far as I know.

Administering views is not convenient. Ycant look at the view in Notes & see what you would affect, while managing a view. And theres not much info there, ycant even look at & change the view settings.
Some things that would help:
1-put the view manager in its own window. ...
The designer shows design elements,e.g. forms, agents, in views similar to normal notes views. The predefined columns are useful. But it would be better to be able to customize them. For example:
