We have published the Installation, Setup and Customization document for IdeaJam. In fact a company evaluating IdeaJam wrote:

Man, I must say that this product has been a pleasure to work with. Customization is so easy it's pathetic :). I got it up and running in about 15 minutes, it took that long because I kept messing with the template instead of the actual db :-S. If I had been watching what I was doing it would have actually been quicker.
