Idea:

At present this is not possible, I propose to add it. In systems with a hierarchical structure ptemplates it will be useful, since it eliminates the multiple copy-paste, and make it easier update the changes in the code.

The same may apply to a Shared Actions.

Comment: Whether is it impossible? There is the flag "Prohibit design refresh or replace to modify" for Database Script design element, deselect it.
As about of Shared Actions, they all collect to single design note, so they can be inherited only together.

I mean the field "Inherit from the design template", which is a necessary and missed in these design elements.
