With the changes to LotusLive Files in the December 2011 release (this last weekend), you can Download to that list. If you select multiple files, a new ZIP file will be dynamically created for download. You can now also Share, Tag, and Move to Trash. |
Add "Create Hyperlink" to right-click menu (11 Nov 2011)Once the link has been created, I feel Notes needs better support for inspecting, copying it. User should be able to hover over it and see the link contents. User should be able to right-click and copy the link target to the clipboard. Alternately, you could combine the two and include a "Copy to Clipboard" button on the hover (like bit.ly, etc....) |
Forward/reply the full mail not the truncated (17 Aug 2011)Agreed! It is very frustrating to forward an email from Android only to find that the attachment has been stripped. Many times you need to send the attachment and a user shouldn't have to go thru any extra work to make that happen. A user selection would be best. |

Don't Allow Duplicate Folder Names or Symbols in Folder Names (09 Apr 2010)I have customers experiencing database corruption as a result of duplicate "reserved" folder names. We need to prevent this from happening or at least warn the user that they are about to do something that could cause corruption. |
Add a "Community Calendar" to the Communities (28 Oct 2009)Surfacing as .ics (iCalendar feed) would be ideal. I agree this use case is common. I have a Community I maintain for a user group and would like to present a list of related events/meetings. This makes more sense in a Connections Community than it does in a Quickr place. |

Usability issue with desktop icons (08 Nov 2007)I also like the "wash of orange" at least for Notes, Designer and Admin. However, I do feel we need different colors for each Symphony document type as they are difficult to differentiate when you have many different documents in a folder (details view). |
Testing Idea Jam RSS Feeds (07 Nov 2007)No luck adding it to the Notes8 Feeds side panel. It did work fine for me with Sage on FF 2.0.0.9 on XP. Perhaps I'm looking in the wrong place but I didn't see feeds for everything I expected. For example: there were feeds for all ideas but I didn't see a feed for popular ideas. |
