I'd like to have a drop down list which enables me to choose the signature I want added to the email. (or blog/forum post) Today I get around this by using my Paste Information application, but I'd rather have this integrated.

For a end-user, it will be an extremely good feature if the Lotus Notes Client is able to select and insert more than one signature when composing, replying or forwarding an email.

I frequently have to change my signature, for example when a fair is over or to invite for an event.
This can be done from my mail file using "Tools" -> "Preferences..." and selecting the tab "Signature".

Within emails you have the possibility to add your signature manually via >>more -> insert signature<<. This doesn't work within new calendar entrys (Description). You could just add the signature mandatory for all users if you adjusted the form.
