Currently links can only be clicked on when a document is in read mode.
Today we can create a so-called Hotspot Resource Link. Every time I have to tell end-users about how they can create an URL-link in Notes richtext, I feel that they silently nod and think "jezz, that wasn't easy ...".
I therefore wish that we could have some additional dialog ...
Spellchecking messages before they are sent is a great feature, but when sending out messages that contain URL links, the spellcheck process becomes tedious, especially if multiple URL links are in the message.

Most/all enterprises have fileshares and today the most common negative feedback we get from our users on notes is the complexity to create file-links. This also genereates a lot of unessesary attachemnts in mails.

HTML emails render in a very similar manner to HTML web pages, that's obvious... This includes embedded links to external URLs, links to images etc.
However, Notes 8.0.x does not offer any additional 'right-click' options on HTML emails to support these resources. e.g. Copying links to be used elsewhere ...
By default Notes know that http://, nntp://, ftp://, mailto: and so on, are links and after a save of a richtext field, displays lines, starting with the above, as links.

the way to add a link to an image is to create / import an image select the text around it and create a hotspot and paste the link in there.
why not paste a link directly in the image properties just as you are used to in other editors ...
Allow document link to design elements (forms, views, agents etc) to be sent to other Notes developers.
If the recipient has Designer then clicking on the link will open the corresponding design element.
Make it easier to transform text into a link control, or make it possible to add a link under a selected text.
