Implement onChange event on all fields in the Notes client

: Domino Designer
: fields, event
Slawek Rogulski8789 - 26 2007 (3)
I would like all fields to have the onChange event implemented, perhaps excluding rich text fields. And I would like that event to fire right after a change in the field value, not when the field looses focus. By that time it is sometimes too late to do anything about ...

Database level QueryPaste event

: Domino Designer
: querypaste, event
Peter LaComb677 - 02 2007 (3)
I'd like to see a database level querypaste event. The view event is fine, but if the user creates a custom view, or you forget to update one, you can end up with duplicate documents.

Lower the price

: Lotusphere / Other
: event, profit
Jerry Carter798 - 03 2007 (15)
Some of us lowely independent contractors work pretty hard promoting Lotus Domino but don't have a parent company paying our way.  Could IBM lower the price on Lotusphere?

Lotus Script Debugger - debug only selected object

: Domino Designer
: debugger, lotusscript, designer, event, object
Zoltan Szabo4806 - 17 2011 (4)

Everybody knows the situation when you debug a code, and you would like to read your mail, or look into the help....pressing continue button hundreed times.
Or you would like only debug a button, but you need ...

Add more options to event trigger notifications

: Domino Administrator / Admin Tools
: event, events, notification, triggers
David Killingsworth3970 - 11 2008 (3)
I would like to have more options and control over event trigger notifications.

We use event trigger to notify us when a database becomes corrupt for example.

If something like a mail.box or log.nsf file becomes corrupt, we get several thousand email messages within just a few minutes ...

Drive workflow by timed events

: Lotus Workflow
: workflow, event, time
Dirk Stelloh2244 - 31 2009 (0)
Timed activities are manual activities which let the designer specify a deadline (based on routing-time, claiming-time or any given deadline). When this deadline is reached the activity should be claimed (if not already) and completed. It should be possible to check in a decisionpoint whether an activity was completed manually ...

More flexibility on repeating events

: Notes Client / Calendar
: event, repeat
Keith Collyer590 - 24 2009 (0)
I have to change various passwords every ninety days. The observant will notice that this just a shade under three months, so you would think you could set a reminder to repeat every twelve weeks. But you can't, the maximum allowed is eight weeks. Why? This seems an unnecessary restriction.
