Whenever a field of type Names, Readers, or Authors has the option "Use Address dialog for choices" selected, there should be an option to restrict the type of names that can be selected by the user. The (minimal) options list would be:

I'd like the dialog box [RESIZETOTABLE] to be more dynamical and change the size of the dialog when the table size changes during editing.
Make's it possible to create some nice looking dialog boxes. Showing only the necessary information and to expand the dialog depending on user choices.

Disable "Are you sure?" when saving a Shared Column

Every time you save a Shared Column you are prompted if you want to save you changes.  There should be a "Don't display this again..." option on the dialog box.
 
Or is there already a notes.ini setting for this?

As well as allowing resized properties dialog the ability to see entire properties (e.g. filename) is crucial. So is the ability to copy a property to clipboard, e.g. Replica ID from the dialog.
 
I also think that all db properties should be availble from one dialog, i.e. main properties, ...

After saving attachments to disk, I would like to have a dialog where I can select either to run/open the files saved or to open the destination folder.
 
Why not a download list as in Firefox put in the sidebar?!
Needs to be optional and integrated into policies.

The default server in the Open Application dialog is always reset to 'Local'. This is annoying if you use the shortcut Ctrl+O to open databases - oohps,  applications. Our applications are NEVER local, and even if you work locally it would still make more sense to keep the last used ...

Password dialog: make "At location" field properly react on character keystrokes again

When starting Notes I am prompted for password and my current location. In Notes 7 I could simply navigate in this dialog with the TAB key, and select the location by typing in its first character.
