Especially in the SMB market, where people are working for/under different organisations, but using only one mailfile/Notes-Identity it would be nice to have a way to select from different sending addresses, when sending to the internet, like some other mail clients do (drop down list or so).
When selecting "add to address book", how about including more fields in the dialog box other than e-mail information. Such as address and phone number?
Currently, after adding the sender to your address book, you then have to open Contacts/Address Book, locate the contact, edit, update, save & close. phew!...
No matter how much we train people, hitting block this sender isn't going to stop spam.
Sure I can remove it, but it should be optional, and off/hidden by default.
