Every once in a while a user comes to the support and tells us "I have a message on my screen" it says "Entry in Index not found" can you please solve this.
What i would like to see is an error message with a tiny little bit more ...
sometimes the client refuses to start up and there is no indication however what the problem may be. it just runs dead.
in such cases you are almost forced to re-install the client completely and you have no good overlook WHERE the problem lies.
