Impliment a stronger visual indication when a column has been clicked on to sort by that column

I get a few calls every now in then when a user has clicked on the header of a sortable column and they do not know why their type ahead search is not working.  They also don't know what happened to any catagorized column.  They might have even clicked on ...

Getdocumentbykey should work using programmable sorted columns

It would be great to find document not only with first column as sorted. We should be able to programmatic sort any column and get the document using lotus script (getdocumentbykey, getalldocumentsbykey, getallentries etc)

Don't you wonder yourself what the extra value of displaying the same icon over and over again when you have only 2 options to be displayed in your column:
 
show icon X or show nothing
 
Instead, from a usability perspective I think it will be much "cleaner" to ...
