I use server-based archiving and roaming profiles. It's a pain that when I delete a user I have to go in and manually delete the archive file and the roaming profile files. It would be nice that these were cleaned up autmatically just like the mail file.
Currently archive settings for the Notes client are not synched with Domino Web Access. Users (or administrators) must manually add the archive database to Domino Web Access preferences. Since DWA users are able to access their archives from the web, it only makes sense that the settings should be synched ...
Allow setting of archive settings on multiple databases at once. Its easy enough to do through policies with mail files, but not so easy for non-mail applications.
When using multiple archiving crierias via policy, user will see multiple entries under the archive section in his/her mailfile. I suggest, that one can name the title of the archive in the policy, regardless of the name of the criteria (and the count of them)
Currently you can only select the destination server for server side archiving in the Archive settings document. Many users would only have one archive settings document applied to them which means archiving can only be pushed to one archive server. If we moved the destination server into the archive criteria ...
