Provide an easy way to put a corporate logo into the letterhead

Probably the most often made customization of the mail database is to put a corporate logo into the letterhead. So why not allow an admin to do this without having to fiddle with the design?
Instead there could be a policy option to provide the logo.

In the view "People" there is a button "Open Mail File".
For a better administration of mail-in-databases it would be fine if the view "Mail-in-Databases and Resources" has this button, too.

An aciotn button so end-users  could forward a mail message to a domain-wide configured e-mail address with the full header so it could easily be used by services such as Postini or appliances like Baracudda to help control SPAM.

Policy for default font style for mails

Since Notes 8.5.2 a user can set a default font style for his mail. This is bad when a company wants to apply its Corporate Design to mails. Earlier, this was possible by altering the mail template but that gets ignored now.
