Idea:

Allow a developer to select a folder as a data source in the view control in XPages designer. Currently only allows views, but folders can be manually selected in the source code editor.

Idea:

Allow the actionbar to be displayed even if there's no buttons in it. This will allow for consistent UI's and branding without having to fudge the solution with an empty action just to display the bar

Idea:

The Domino XSP library function calls to attach a partial event (XSP.attachPartial) to a DOM element already contains the optional parameter ability to specify clientside before, after and error scripts to run on the event. It would be extremely useful to specify those values in the properties page of a native XPage component such as a pager to allow proper configuration in the client of the updated elements after a partial update.

Comment: Why not use three frames? With this you will need to add your company logo to every view you have. We use a single top frame (displaying a page) and two split frames all the time.

Idea:

Make file (and other) resources' data available programatically. I can currently grab a resource design doc using a NotesNoteCollection and find what I'm looking for by searching for the $Title that I need, but if the resource is -say- a file I can't get the file data in any simple manner using LS or Java. I'd like to be able to do that. I'd also like additional NotesNoteCollection filters for the different types of resource documents.
