Idea: In certain cases it would be useful when some links in the startup folder would started only in one location. In my situation i want to start a CTI application only in the location: Office (Network)

For a better administration of disabled resource it would be nice if there is a red X for disabled resources shown in the "Resources" view.

Idea:

For a better overview (if you have a lot of resources in different sites (locations)) it would be helpful for users if they would have an additional reservation view which is sorted / categorized by site.

Idea:

I would like to be able to manage the return receipt of notes mails and/or internet mails.

The administrator could administer this client setting over the "Mail"-policy .

Comment: I would like to have the possibility to "permanently" set the return receipt.

For one of my clients I modified the mail-template (yes, I know, you should never do this) with an option in the Tools->Preferences to set this feature.

Sametime / Administration: Sametime Connect Client in the "Licenses" view

Idea:

In the Domino Directory every license of Lotus Domino and Notes is listed in the view "Licenses". I would like to see the Sametime Connect Client licenses in this view, too.

Additional i would like to see the version of the ST client in the person document (for support or client migration)

Generally you can enable or disable the access for all external programs by the option "Don´t prompt for a password from other Notes-based programs (reduces security)", but i would like to have the ability to allow only a few programs the access.

That would increase the security.

Comment: This would require code-signing for EXEs and DLLs. Otherwise, it doesn't actually improve security. And given that there's no single code-signing system that goes across all platforms, I think it's not worth doing.

The better solution is leaving that option un-checked, and installing a custom EM DLL for each program that needs to share the password, such that each program and DLL are free to agree on their own mechanism for authenticating.

In a resource reservation database you can enable an agent "Purge Documents" which removes reservations older than 2 days.

I would like to have an agent for archiving old reservations, because we have a car pool and need in some situations (f.e. parking ticket or speed ticket fine) a detection "Who drove the car?"

Comment: I don't think it HAS to require code signing. This seems to make sense to me - we have an ECL that dictates who's signed code can run. It seems very reasonable to keep a list of what external programs can run as well.
@1 - While effective, your 'better solution' is, um, a tad complicated. Also, it will not incent third parties to write software that integrates with Notes as well as they do with Outlook.

Rules are useful to manage incoming mails, but not for already existing mails in the mailbox. Therefore I would like to have the ability to use rules for already existing mails.
