Move the Welcome page entry in the Help menu

 Maybe it's just me, but if I want to use the Help: I select Help from the menu and automatically click the first entry., which happens to be the welcome page.
 
IMHO it would be more logical to have the Help Contents as the first entry, since that is the option

Make the Workspace the default Welcome page. Notes is not just Email, but you can't tell from the Welcome page.

You wonder why everyone thinks Notes is all about Email?  Look at what they see for the default Welcome page.  (See the attached screen shot)  It just has links to Mail, Calendar, Contacts, ToDo, and Notebook.  Make the Workspace the default homepage out of the box.  I

Notes Welcome Page needs to be cluster-aware

AFAIK, the standard welcome page is not cluster-aware for, example, if you add your Inbox & Calendar to it (see screenshot).

Allow Home Page (formerly Welcome Page) to display pesonal views of Notes Database

The Home Page in Notes 8.x (called the "Welcome Page" in previous versions allows one to create frame that can contain one's mail, calendar, To Do and among other things views from any Notes database.
 
There is one limitation:  One cannot select a "personal view" to be displayed in a frame.
