I Lotus Notes there is an option:
Preferences -> Windows and Themes -> "On restart, reopen any tabs that were open when I closed the client".
This is a very good feature in Lotus Notes and I wish that it also would be available in Lotus Symphony 3

If an agent, replication, or save action from another user changes the back-end document, then show this in the front-end UI document.

I have a properties window pointing at the Form properties of an opened form. When I switch to another (opened) form the properties window will no longer show the Form properties, but switches to a Text properties window.

I do not know if this is only in the Norwegian version of Notes, but in the Windows File menu, the Save as new version is placed between the Open and Close actions. Often I see that users do not find it.
A more natural location would be below the Save

Editing bookmarks is "notes-style". Why not make the bookmark editing inline, in the view? like in delicious.
