Make it easier to transform text into a link control, or make it possible to add a link under a selected text.
I guess this is pretty much default in all development tools...

I know you should not compare Notes with a full Word processor but when using Notes for writing documents (Journal application) it is really hard to apply heading styles to your document.
In Word it is much easier and better arranged for end- users.

There might be a technical reason for this, but it would be nice if I could copy text that is in a view or in a computed field. The copy to table feature is one of the best features added in recent years, but it would be an added feature to be

In the current Text Properties toolbar, there is no button to select text color. If you want to change the color, you have to display the Text Properties dialog first or use the Text\Color menu. It's rather inconvenient and I cannot figue out why Lotus doesn't provide that obviously useful

Please Please allow to select /copy a computed field text on Form. Currently we don't have any option to copy from the front end until if we go to the document properties and copy. However if field is of type computedForDisplay, we don't have even this option.

I like to give my users 'inline' help on a form. I prefer doing this using popup text. Unfortunately you have to type this text into the form design. I would rather have this text as a formula, so I can fetch it from a (profile) doc, the user responsible

I want to be able to select some or all of the text in a view row and copy it to the clipboard, then paste it somewhere as text.
Right now, click-and-drag grabs the entire view entry for dragging to a folder. Obviously, I don't want to lose that feature. But

I know that there are superb 3rd party tools for this but it would be create if we could pro grammatically control tables in rich text much better, e.g. setting the colour of an individual cell [ editied for typos ]
