Any user using Notes, Sametime, Connections, Office, OpenOffice, Symphony, TAP, Firefox and plenty of other tools (IBM or not) are offered a spell check function where unknown words can be added. Great! So, when I come with a new word or acronym, I have to add it between

Single category view without having to embed it

If you want to use a view as single category view, you always need to embed the view on a form or page. This results in some limitations for using the view ( like form formulas, document previews, actions for documents etc.).
 
There should be a "Show single category" option in
