Add the ability to set a unique org unit in a registration settings policy document

Matt Cook582 - Jan 24, 2012 / Comments (3)
In order to reduce the number of certifiers we have to manage, I would like to be able to use just the organizational certifier and use unique org unit to specify a geographic location at registration.

If a unique org unit could be set at registration with explicit policy, we could

Sam Sawatzky212 - Sep 20, 2011 / Comments (0)
We now have the ability to set a policy to completely disable the Recent Contacts (see here). I would like to have more control. In the client preferences, a user can choose three options:
     Any Names to Recent Contacts
CC and BCC names to Recent Contacts
Names from Emails I receive (Only add

Change Archive Settings Critera to include different server destinations.

Karen Hooper3987 - Feb 23, 2011 / Comments (0)
Currently you can only select the destination server for server side archiving in the Archive settings document.  Many users would only have one archive settings document applied to them which means archiving can only be pushed to one archive server.  If we moved the destination server into the archive criteria

Multiple archive criteria should point to 1 archive at the gui

Axel Schreiber195 - Mar 22, 2010 / Comments (0)
When using multiple archiving crierias via policy, user will see multiple entries under the archive section in his/her mailfile. I suggest, that one can name the title of the archive in the policy, regardless of the name of the criteria (and the count of them)

Improve paragraph styles

Fred Husoy730 - Dec 31, 2008 / Comments (2)
The Notes client have paragraph styles which is a good way of formatting text, according to company standards etc. However, they do not work very well (often they change formatting after reopening documents), and they are difficult to publish out to other users in the company.

Server Policies

Scott O'Keefe187 - Aug 7, 2008 / Comments (2)
Wouldn't it be great if you could create server policies to enforce server document and/or server configuration document settings across servers?  This would mean that :
