(My email is heavily customized, so it might've been missed on integration.)

For a end-user, it will be an extremely good feature if the Lotus Notes Client is able to select and insert more than one signature when composing, replying or forwarding an email.

The aim of this idea is to add an attention indicator in Lotus Notes, to alerts the users when they are about to send confidential information outside their own company's domain. For instance, by colouring e-mail recipients' names, just as colours can be added to senders' names.

Sometimes I am working on Rich Text Fields and I am interested in the content not the format. Why Lotus do not add a context-menu option called "Copy as plain text" in order to get just the content. Right now I have to copy paste it in wordpad copy again

With ghosted appointments, we are all now spolied and in the habit of just looking at the calendar rather than messing with each calendar thingie in Notes. The only problem is, if a meeting has been cancelled or updated, there's no way to know without double clicking on the calendar

There should be an easy way to integrate felx with lotus domino applications.
There is no standard way to integrate.
As of now we can write web services to integrate with flex, but its very slow.
So there should be a tool which integrates flex and lotus domino to develop the lotus applications

In the Lotus Notes Client I can open any URL by typing it into the addressbar. Why there is no SSO between my Lotus Notes Session and the URL on a Domino Server in the same Domino Directory?

Lotus Notes has a replication tab. In that tab each replication entry has a "prefered" server, and while this is good and is usslaly managed by the Lotus Notes user in a large enviroemnt it can casue trouble. Here is the rub, while 9 times out of 10 it works

Include an agent to auto respond to received emails (external and internal). It could be similar to the Out of Office Agent or something as simple as the email signature option.
This would help admins a lot, s we would not have to ask a developer to create an agent.
