Stop Traveler from even asking it to be the homepage

There is really no reason to ask for traveler to be set as a homepage and cause havoc on existing installations and destroy mailjump/dwa redirection.
I know the option shows up in the install, but given how few people read warnings, then have support calls because of it and the notes.ini

Show a given set of widget to a user according to a profilation made ( by org, by company, by an LDAP attribute,...). Every group of users see a different homepage according to their profilation.

Please make the bookmark.nsf more developer friendly. Let there be a policy to replicate the bookmark.ntf from the server AND replace the design locally.....

Welcome Page should be completely policy control-able

You should via policy be able to completely control what application is shown when logging into Notes. This was traditionally called the Welcome Page.

Example 1: When  users in the '*/Bob Costas Who?' OU start notes, it should display the frameset "CMA Welcome" from the local database CMA.nsf, rep ID 1322134132:23414321.
