Similar to the recent entitlement included in the Notes CAL, IBM should entitle Files/Profiles features in the cloud for LLNotes users. Customer could then upgrade to full LotusLive Connections/Engage.

When viewing files withing a folder, there are handy little checkboxes on the left hand side that allow for multi-select and then you can remove them from the folder in one go. Fantastic!
From the same view, if you click on the down arrow beside a file, there are a multitude

The curent method of listing files in the Admin client is very inefficient and can take a long time to locate files especially if there are folders with large numbers of non-NSF/NTF files in them.
The server already maintains a list of the NSF/NTF file located in its data

I would llike the ability to set up a controlled list of index terms (tags) to be used to tag files, etc. When searching by tags you'll only find those tags that are spelled exactly like the word you're using. With IBM's attachment to TLAs, you can't always count on

Right now new XPages and the managed beans XML files need to be placed directly on-disk to the server. I'd like the ability to set up these files, and thus replicate them to other servers in the network, using NSFs.
Obviously the access controls here would be provided to administrators; but

Publish a replica of an official Lotusphere Session database. Some time bevor Lotusphere starts for planing, until all presentations are attached to the sessions.

While Connections allows me to remove all versions prior to a specific version, it does not permit me to remove a specific version. E.g. If I loaded a new version of a file that is corrupted I can upload a new version but cannot remove the corrupted version without also

Make file (and other) resources' data available programatically. I can currently grab a resource design doc using a NotesNoteCollection and find what I'm looking for by searching for the $Title that I need, but if the resource is -say- a file I can't get the file data in any simple manner using LS

Propose:
- Add the ability to drag tabs of workspace.
- Add support to drag and drop the file (nsf, ntf, box) from browser of the operating system to the workspace (the application's icon should be created automatically).

That's pretty much it. A Lotus Connections Connector that allow me to access (download, upload, view) my files collections in connections without the need to open the browser and navigate through the pages.

It would be great if we could add tags and "add to collections" and "share file" during the upload of files to LotusLive.

1. The menu item File - Recent Files (used by the embedded Symphony editors) is only available once you've already opened an item, or created a new one. This seems counter intuitive to me, I think it should be available all the time.
2. It is down at

When working in the "Files" tab of the Domino Administrator client, there should be an option to right-click on a database and "Copy database location to clipboard" to be able to paste it in a console command if necessary.

I often times visit the files view in the administrator to look at which mail files on a server are using which template (we have several different templates in operation), which database have quotas and which don't, which databases are over quota, which are the largest databases, etc. etc.

when viewing Files in Domino administrator, I wish that a refresh (F9) would leave you on the same folder you were viewing.
I also wish you could drag and drop files between folders (and even servers!). This would still have to go through Adminp of course, it would just be simpler

I get asked quite frequently;
"I don't want to embed a file, I just want to make a clickable link to a file somewhere on the public P: drive. How do I do that in Notes?"
I know it's possible, but even I have problems remembering how - and it's not always

Notes should be able to warn users when they try to send an email with certain words that could indicate an attachment, but there is no file attached.
This works by checking for words and phrases
