More time-based handling for views

Make resource reservations an enterprise app

The current resource reservations works fine for scheduling a room or a resource. The problem lies with viewing the information.  Corporate conference rooms and equipment do not simply live in entries of staff calendars.  The calendar view of reservations is simply inadequate.
