When the inbox folder in the user's mail database become corrupted, the solution is to replace the database design (using the convert command) with a modified template without the inbox folder, and then replacing back the database template with the correct one.

Hi All,
I'm sure You have the same problem if You have a large complex folder structure. You got a new mail, but the mail rule moves it into a folder somewhere deeeeeeep....then it's hard to find. Of course You can use "copy to folder" but then your inbox will be

We've seen Calendar Federation in 8.5 be very popular. Now, how about Inbox federation. Allow me to federate other people's inboxes with mine (subject to the usual access restrictions), so that I can see and action mail items in the other mailbox right from mine. I can see that being

Some admins I met would like to be able to configure the inbox maintenance task to put all removed mails from the inbox into a specific folder.
For many reasons, they do not want to allow users to manually go to the All documents view,

For people with a lot of folders it is hell (takes a bit of scrolling) for the moment to go back to your inbox.
Wouldn't it be great if users could chose to fix/secure this part of their screen/pane or not...

I'd like the actions available on a calendar entry to be available on a right click of an invite - one less click to accept a meeting invite...

I'd like to be able to select multiple items in my inbox and click somewhere and say "related" or "make conversation" or "thread these".

Maybe it would be helpful to display mails from other accounts in the inbox ( like the display from calendar entries in the notes calendar )
Now it´s solved with a sidebar plugin...

Simple really, why does setting a follow up flag override the replied to icon in the inbox?
Show both please.....

This is largely down to the change of icons, but the invitations in your inbox are now harder to spot than before.
For the normal user this might not be an issue, but our PAs with multiple managers that they're managing their calendars and emails for are finding they're missing invites

I have heard from several people and my own albeit limited experience backs this up: "outlook just seems to receive the email - none of this sending and receiving". This is in connection with situations where the user is running a local replica of their mail file.
What I mean is

When user has added followup flag & text to email message: show the followup text, in a pop up box, for that message when mouse pointer is in the "flag" column of the inbox or folders.
Provides a quick way for user to read their own followup text or reminders without opening

Our organization is currently piloting R 8.01 client. Periodically, I've noticed that the Sametime availabilty indicators which usually appear just to the right of the person's name listed in the inbox (yellow diamond or green square), suddenly disappear. If I close and open Notes, they come back. Wasn't sure what

Assume I have an email message open in its own tab. After reading the message, if I delete it, I would expect the tab to close and to be taken back to the inbox.
Instead, what Notes does is to delete the message but at the same time, in the same

I would like to see the mailbox views become composite. For example, I like most work mainly in my Inbox, but would like to see just the last few (say 5) messages of my Sent at the same time.

When I reply to an email and then click on Send and File, I select the folder to save the newly created email. What I would like Notes to do is automatically move the original email from my inbox to the same folder as the newly created email. Another option
