Print of calendar is in black and white, which is not expected as user in all other interfaces can see calendar entries in diferent colors.
It looks like print preparation (generating pdf) is limited. Maybe it just neads some configuration.
Right click, View Image to see it in full size.

Another simple one.
By default, when you open an un-customised Notes 8.5 mailbox, the "Views" section doesn't contain any views. Simply put, it should!
Some examples might be:

There are many a times when we compose an email in lotus saying "Please find attached" or "Attachment is available" etc and forget to attach the required file!
This goes a long way and can have high impact / embarassment if it's an important attachment for a customer or higher management

PROBLEM: Accidentaly drag a mail folder "somewhere"...
Solution: Prevent accidental folder moves by providing an option to confirm the drop after it has happened.
Lotus Notes has caused many frustrations over the years. One common frustration I have heard from various sources (i.e.http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/nd85forum.nsf/DateAllThreadedWeb/37FAA68B2B9F3B8B852577F40077F8DA?opendocument&login ) has been that the folder drag & drop

It'd be nice to have a flag that records that I finished a follow-up on an email.
(My email is heavily customized, so it might've been missed on integration.)

Allow Sametime users to see if someone is Out of Office (instead of just unavailable). This would save a lot of time and effort for users who currently try to get hold of somoene but only find out they are OOF by sending and email. As part of the

When I copy an email to activity I would prefer to have an icon shown in my inbox (or sent) to see this. Otherwise I might copy the same email twice. It would also be very helpful to see it when I open this email. I would expect that the

In a meeting body, you can click to send an email to any of the other invitees. However, the Chair's name is unclickable. Add the option to make this imporant address accessible to an attendee, else, add an option to Request Info as you can in the Lotus Notes calendar

Hi All,
I'm sure You have the same problem if You have a large complex folder structure. You got a new mail, but the mail rule moves it into a folder somewhere deeeeeeep....then it's hard to find. Of course You can use "copy to folder" but then your inbox will be

I have been thinking and talking with colleagues and one useful tool/add on would to be able to draft an email (save it) and schedule Notes to send it delayed at a specific time.
The benefits include: being able to send personalised reminders to individuals; send

Currently, when a recipient's e-mail address is ambiguous because the person is listed in multiple address books, the method NotesDocument.Send() in LotusScript, or Document#send() in Java, just fails. I wish for an additional, optional parameter to that method that allows for a more intelligent handling of that situation. For example, the parameter

Often I get emails that have crafted "Principal" fields, but are actually "from" a server or someone who signed an agent. It'd be useful to allow checking the Principal field as well

With 8.5.2 the option of saving to .eml was introduced. Great addition, am absolutely loving it!!
There's just one inconsistency.
When I'm in a mail I have the option to click [FILE]; [SAVE AS...] which allows me to save that individual message to an external location as an .eml file.

Although Lotus Connections has a "mail community" feature, it's an all or nothing proposition. A great newsletter feature would include:
- Ability to create content in HTML
- Editing workflow to allow review cycles prior to publishing
- Ability for community members to opt

The behavior is, once you do a spell check, save the email as draft and go back to that email later you should not have to re-check the words you already have signed off on.

In the latest iNotes client, when you send an email, there is a green bar displayed that tells you that 1 message was sent. It stays there for a while.
I wish we had a similar very visual notice in the rich client. I know that there is one at the bottom

Just as with Commontime's mNotes I would like to be able to select more than one mailfile. This way I can have multiple mailboxes on my mobile device. It should also be possible to only sync the mails and not the calendar entries.
If you have several mail-in databases that are being

Today the only notification is via Feed. Either you you use Notes 8.x sidebar rss feedreader, or you use a third party feed reader e.g. Internet Explorer.
But there are some problems. What if your company does not use 8.x Standard-Client, but Basic-Client? Furthermore 70-80% of employees do not know how to use or
