The set/modify parameters for notes.ini settings is very clunky and not intuiative, can this be updated.  The fact that there are so many ways to edit the notes.ini is a concern I think this whole area needs to be streamlined and more transparent.

Once in a while we will have an old replica push in records that were long ago deleted, and it creates havoc.   There are just too many of them in the field to know for sure who has one that hasn't replicated all year.

Add comments tab to Server configuration document

Add a tab on the server configuration document.  There is quite alot of data in that one document, and it would be good to be able to add special comments there. 
 
There are so many things that can be specially configured in that one place, that having a guide ...

Wouldn't it be great if you could create server policies to enforce server document and/or server configuration document settings across servers?  This would mean that :
  • you would have better control over server configurations throughout your domain(s)
  • servers would not be able to have their settings changed out from ...

On Rejections by Mail Rule, Tell Which Rule

Often mail will be rejected by mail rules, often erroneously.   When the rejected by mail rule message either hits the senders prompt, or logs on the server,   Please give some sort of hint as to which, or even which type of mail rule was broken.

Using more universal SSL certificate stores instead of keyring files

As far as I know, keyring files are not supported by other powerful web servers on the market. Even Websphere group is not using and supporting this file format.
 
I'd like to know if there is a clear advantage of SSL keyring files. If not, it should be replaced ...

Expanding the list of keywords in the field "Recipient name type-ahead:" with the possibility "Server then Local". Would avoid issues when users have the additional setting "Recipient name lookup" set to "Stop after first match" to get troubles with encrypting emails with wrong outdated keys of an person existing also ...
