When deleting a user and leaving mail file behind, automatically disable the profile for calendaring

Everytime I need to delete a user, the manager always asks for access to their old mail file for a while. 
 
I set a reminder to ask the manager if I can delete the file in 1 months time.

Google Calendar Synchronisation

I'm thinking of writing a tool to synch Notes Calendar entries with Google Calendar.

This would be bi-directional so diary entries could be made in Google or Notes.

I'm also thinking of having a Google Group Calendar.

since notes can import ics files via the file menu, the capablity exists to associate and register this import behavior in the windows registry.
 
This could enable notes users to use the ics file links found on many websites.
