Today when enable an archive criteria for a mail database we have only 2 options:
Allow the search box to search in Mail db *and* Archives Mails dbs. See this for Mary Beth's answer.
I use server-based archiving and roaming profiles. It's a pain that when I delete a user I have to go in and manually delete the archive file and the roaming profile files. It would be nice that these were cleaned up autmatically just like the mail file.
Currently archive settings for the Notes client are not synched with Domino Web Access. Users (or administrators) must manually add the archive database to Domino Web Access preferences.
