Improve the Undo function - DB icons / Workspace page

I have no idea where the Edit\Undo function all applies on, but for me this function may be extended to a lot more. For example the deletion of database icons, are workspace tabs/pages.
 
Especially with Notes 8 it seems very easy/sensitive to delete a set of database icons from ...

Ability to Disable Workspace Pages per Location or User-ID

It would prevent me from clicking on inaccessible databases. (Okay: on their icons.)
A disabled workspace page should not be hidden, but its tab may be painted differently, maybe grayed out.
 
Why? - Some customers allow me to use my laptop at their site. I also work at different offices, ...

I know that the workspace is a sore subject for some, maybe many, but I love it.
 
It would be nice if we had the option when doing a right-click on a workspace page/tab to arrange icons in a specific order.  Options could be:
 
by Name
by Server
by Last ...
