I create a lot of local databases (copies, ...) for instance for testing. It makes my workspace quite a mess as the links are not cleaned up when those copies are deleted.
Could be useful for server DB's as well.

Enable the ability to group databases by dragging one database icon into another. This will automatically create a graphic "folder" for them which you can apply a name to.
As part of the new workspace IBM might (and IMHO should) develop for Lotus Notes, a nice feature would be to have progress bars on the workspace icons, indicating that the application is currently replicating or copying.
Kinda like the Installing progress bars on the iPhone icons.
