Make Truncated documents more obvious

Make it more obvious that I'm looking at a truncated document.  A Notes user of 13 years and I still sometimes miss the icon in the view and curse trying to open an attachment, which won't open.

When I click on 'Retrieve Entire Document' in my replica, make like Nike and just do it.  Don't prompt me if I want to do it now via background or next time I replicate.  If I clicked on 'Retrieve', I probably want it now.  If I'm not connected to the ...
