if you open a database that is new to your workspace the database icon is added to the workspace tab of the currently opened database.
I would prefer that you can point to a dedicated tab in the preference where by default the icons will be placed under.
from there I can drag them myself to my tab of choice.
maybe this will avoid that icons disappear under certain workspace tabs and are hard to find back...

Or at least add the icon in a place that it can be found. Currently there is a bug that showed up around Notes 7 where every time you add an icon to a page, it gets placed at the space after where the last one was added, even if the last space is not currently in use. Over time the icons are added further and further down the page which is otherwise vacant.

Very powerful when you show-up Day 1 on a project and the boss opens up ten DBs for you and leaves. Nice to get the list back so you can peruse at your leisure. Can't guarantee that the site allows you to save state when exiting either.
