prefixes such as "Re:", "FW:", etc (and other language versions) should be ignored when sorting by subject. I know you can use the threaded discussions, but sometimes I just want to go through my Inbox in subject order

I did this as part of an in-house customization of the mail template. It wasn't hard to do I am sure this would be a samp for IBM.

I don't get this... why has it been on this list since 2009 if it's such a no-brainer and an obvious, easy fix.

Surely this would be a quick win for IBM?
