Unlike Quickplace, when you add a Profile for a new Teamroom use, you have to also manually update the group(s) associated with that Teamroom.  Otherwise, if the user doesn't already have access, they'll get a "you're not authorized" message when they try to open the database.

Could some functionality be added so that when you add a new user Profile, you select what group(s) the user should be added to, and then the user is added to the group(s)?  Maybe this action could spawn an AdminP job or something?
