I know that it is possible to sign agents and script libraries (but not the Database Script) from designer, by going to them and signing, but what I'd like to see is a Sign action somewhere in Designer - say on the Tools menu, next to Recompile all LotusScript, that enables me to sign the entire database with the current ID, rather than having to start the Admin client.

In every db I create, I put in a small agent to sign the db:
Dim session As New Notessession
Dim db As Notesdatabase
Set db = session.Currentdatabase
Call db.sign(DBSIGN_DOC_ALL)
All I need.
But is would be a nice to have to have it available in the Tools menu.

Theo: Excellent. Never even used db.sign before. Thank you for teaching me something new today.

this is in Designer 8.5.2 :-)
