I prefer commas as the delimiter for tags, as this makes it easier to include multiword
tags (if they can be allowed).

I like it the way it is because it follows the del.icio.us style of tagging. This is really going to come down to personal preferences I think.

Agreed Corey, as I implemented the tags I did it the way it like it, a la del.icio.us, if enough people prefer commas then it's an easy enough switch, but I like the non-notes specific space separator.

One thing bad about using the space as a separator is the fact that you can't have multi word tags. That's always bothered me on del.icio.us. I can't stand camelcased words.

del.icio.us has never been user friendly. just because something is a "norm" somewhere does not mean it is good. People search for phrases, not camelcase, no?

I wouldn't got for commas, use Flickr like tags.

StumbleUpon uses commas with allowance for spaces when entering tags. Then, uses underscores for spaces in tag-related URLs.

Tags are implemented like in del.icio.us. Am a big friend of such de-facto standards. I actually like camelCase :-)
