There are a lot of admin-features (configure dogear, removing dogears from  users) built in connections, but they are only available through the unfriendly wasadmin interface. It would be awfully usefull if connections had a webadministration / configuration interface.

I agree - a web admin interface (akin to the Quickr admin screens) would be great.

Even better, I think that admin for all Lotus products should be made available from the Notes or Domino Admin clients. The composite application abilities of Notes8 should this very easy to achieve, and would be a great advert for the possibilities for J2EE application integration within Notes.

Maybe one for the Eclipse based admin client - then we can plug in what we want. But needs sorting whatever.
