Not being able to use the enter key slows down data entry, especially when entering a series of numbers from the keypad.
It is accepted keyboard practice with most other PC applications and it would reduce user antagonism when using data entry forms.

Or, perhaps better, provide an onKey event that lets the developer trap the enter key (or any other key) and move focus to the next field (or change the character to uppercase, or suppress the key altogether to limit field size.)

i'd like to see a solution that allows us to submit the form when users press Enter as well. On a search form for example, users want to type their text and press Enter, like they would on the web
